Over 40 years of expertise in waterslide construction
In 1978, the first water slide introduced worldwide by Mannesmann-Demag AG, Wetter was taken over by the company Rolba Freizeittechnik GmbH, Wuppertal.
The current owner and managing director of Cienia Freizeittechnik, Klaus P. Cienia, was responsible for the construction technology as well as the construction and assembly of all waterslide systems for Rolba during this initial phase. After the dissolution of Rolba Freizeittechnik GmbH and the parent company Rolba AG, Switzerland, the company Cienia Freizeittechnik was founded in 1995.

Tube slides - fun for the whole family
Our modular system of curves, straights and jumps enables us to optimally utilise the existing topography. Whether slope or pylon construction.
Cienia waterslides & water slides blend harmoniously into the architecture of your pool area.
The classic, open version of our WR 600 and 700 construction type with corresponding single seat is designed for summer operation only.
A ‘covered’ version for indoor use is a cost-effective solution for year-round operation.
Tube slides - fun for the whole family
Our tube slides with a diameter of 1200 mm leave nothing to be desired in terms of shape and design. The different radii allow us to create a waterslide design that emphasises thrills and fun.
With our LED effect lighting, we enhance and increase the attractiveness of your tube slide.

LED effect lighting
Our LED effect lighting can be retrofitted to the outside of any type of waterslide. Cast in a waterproof housing, the LED colour-changing spots are installed on the outer shell of the waterslide. Entire sections of the slide are fitted with one spotlight per metre. This is perfectly adequate, cost-effective and yet enormously effective for any waterslide.
The LED colour-changing spots provide a dynamic and exhilarating light spectacle during the ride down the waterslide. Whether in rainbow or strobe mode, the LED spots create unforgettable flash effects and increase the experience factor for your visitors.
Replacement, refurbishment and spare parts
The well-known construction type WR/RN 600 or WR/RN 700 with seat depths of 600 mm and 700 mm is widely used in numerous outdoor and indoor swimming pools in Germany and Austria.
You can recognise your water slide type from the cross-sections shown and we will make you an offer for the replacement of your elements or for a complete refurbishment.
It goes without saying that we will supply you with the spare parts you need for your waterslide.

Service & maintenance
Your waterslide is in the best hands with us. The annual check is carried out by our specialists.
Trust is good - inspection is better, but safety for young and old always comes first. We will get your waterslide back into shape before or after an expert inspection.
Our maintenance covers a wide range of areas:
- checking the thickness of the material and checking the slide surface, checking joints and bolts, etc.
- Annual, expert maintenance and servicing of the waterslides ensures that your system is safe to operate and therefore lasts longer. Over 40 years of repair expertise
